I’m Sai Smruthi, a trainee psychology professional. I try to offer a gentle space where people can slow down and explore their thoughts and feelings without pressure or judgment. Sessions are guided by careful listening, patience, and respect for each person’s pace. I hope to provide an environment where experiences are held with care, and where growth is allowed to unfold gradually through understanding, compassion, and presence. I believe people do not need to arrive with clarity or answers. Coming as you are is enough, and every step is taken at a pace that feels safe and steady.

I provide counselling, mental health workshops, and wellness initiatives that encourage healing and self-awareness. My work focuses on offering accessible, ethical, and stigma-free mental health support to help individuals find balance and meaning in their journey toward wellness.
I'm Aswitha, a trainee counsellor and psychology graduate driven by a deep curiosity about the human mind and the quiet strength that helps people heal, to understand the fears we hide, the hopes we hold, and the strength that often speaks in silence. I believe that every story, no matter how heavy or uncertain, carries a possibility for change when met with empathy and honesty. I'm not here to label or fix anyone. I'm Anushree Muthukumar, a final-year Clinical Psychology student and trainee counsellor passionate about promoting emotional well-being through empathy, active listening, unconditional positive regard, and ethical care. With experience in SLD workshops, clinical internships, and volunteering with children with intellectual disabilities, I particularly enjoy supporting school and college students who are coping with stress and burnout.
